COC 1 - Prepare Installer (Creating Portable Bootable Device)/ DISKPART / CSS NC2

Creating bootable compact disk (CD) and digital versatile disk (DVD) to install operating system is obsolete many applications or programs today can create bootable flashdrive in just few clicks. However, making a bootable thumbdrive is one of the requirements for you to pass the CSS NC2. To achieve that you may study and follow the instruction on the video below.
You can create bootable flashdrive using the DISKPART, a command prompt command without using any thrid-party application such as rufus and yumi.
